Stocked Stay Concierge (SSC) Founder Suze Knobler is a licensed concierge and pre-arrival grocery delivery small business owner who builds authentic relationships and delivers exceptional care to every customer. With eight years of business experience, she evolved from her background in communications as a local news reporter, to an independent business owner, operating with a core mission of helping vacationing guests elevate their stay. SSC provides white glove pre-arrival grocery delivery & whole home stocking services for vacation rental companies & guests visiting Palm Springs, San Diego, Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear, and the Inland Empire.
“I've built my business on the foundation of genuine relationships, quality service, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel valued and supported”, Suze says. SSC was built on this foundation, in spite of Suze’s personal challenges that includes surviving cancer, family loss, and natural disasters, all of which have deepened her connection to the community and clients, locals and visiting guests alike.
